Known for placing his clients' needs, goals and objectives first in every transaction, Patrick offers communication, negotiation and project management skills in combination with in-depth knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market.

A full-time, licensed real estate agent with more than 16 years of extensive experience in the industry, he works with both sellers and buyers. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® Patrick held the position of Government Affairs Director for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR). In that position he advocated for homeowners and homeownership and is a strong supporter of a healthy and sustainable real estate market.

Saint Paul is his adopted home since 1987, where he resides with his partner, Todd.

As a member of the REALTOR® family, Patrick derives much of his strength through leadership roles and involvement in his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of several local organizations and as a member of numerous community advisory committees. Currently Patrick serves on the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS (SPAAR), Board of Director and SPAAR's REALTOR Charitable Foundation. At the state level, Patrick serves on the MN Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. He also serves on the National Association of REALTORS' Board of Directors and the Leading Edge Advisory Committee.

Patrick served as the 2020 President of SPAAR's Board of Directors and was the recipient of SPAAR's 2020 REALTOR of the Year Award. In 2018 he was awarded SPAAR's William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award.
